Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Tape Measure Layout Review. The substance of them is that the site publishes general information and cannot stand behind decisions made from it.

No Warranty of Accuracy

Reasonable care goes into keeping the content accurate. Anything load bearing on a decision should be verified against a current source before it is acted on.

Linked Resources

Other sites are linked on merit and nothing more. Their inclusion is not an endorsement, and those sites are outside this one's control.

Intellectual Property

Copyright in the material here is retained. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome; republishing a page in full is not.

Limitation of Liability

Responsibility for how the information is used rests with the reader. No responsibility is accepted for any resulting expense or loss, so far as the law allows.

Amendments

These terms may be revised. Earlier versions are superseded rather than archived.

General Information Only

Nothing published here is professional advice. Kitchen remodeling work varies with the building, the site and the local rules, and only somebody who has examined the actual work can advise on it.
